I am Val Anderson - I am a registered Craniosacral Therapist, and my practice is based in Ashburton. I offer my services thoughout South Devon and the surrounding area.

Have you ever wondered if there was a therapy that could make you feel whole, a sanctuary where you can feel safe and truly listened to and emerge from stillness feeling healed?

Craniosacral Biodynamics can offer these powerful possibilities. The answers we seek for our discomfort or dis-ease are really not far away at all - actually just under our noses.

If we are suffering in any way our heart, body, mind and spirit know innately what’s ‘wrong’ and no matter what life has thrown at us our original matrix is always manifesting health.  Listening for this natural ever-present intelligence is what craniosacral therapy is all about.   In the uncertain times we face today this makes it a perfect resource.

With over 17 years’ experience in practising this transformative therapy, it is my honour and privilege to offer you the Craniosacral Biodynamic approach to support your health and well-being, and to which I bring compassionate intuitive presence. Please watch the video below.  If it sparks your curiosity and would like to know more about how it works, please check out the various pages above.  If you have any questions or want to make an appointment, feel free to contact me

“My sessions with Val, who I experience as a gentle, intuitive healer, are one of the pillars of my self care.  Due to past accidents and everyday stresses I hold a lot of tension in my shoulders, neck and jaw which has resulted in frequent headaches.  Nothing else is as effective at relieving my pain, aligning my body and preventing my symptoms.  I’m truly grateful to have found Val.”

“I feel very held, supported and at ease when receiving CST from Val.  Her sensitivity and compassion alongside years of experience really do shine through when I go for treatment.  After each session I always feel a deep relaxation, no matter what mental state I arrived in, and there is always some form of insight that is revealed to me which supports my ongoing self-development.”
